Any booking made with Jaital.com will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through Jaital.com and its affiliate web sites are subject to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

Prices
Price quotations are subject to change without notice. Tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides and other service providers are not included in our prices, and although generally considered appropriate, this is strictly a personal decision.

Payment
Tours and transfers must be pre-paid except otherwise stated on product page. To avoid last-minute fees, bookings must be made 3 or more days prior to reservation date. Most tours only require a small deposit to hold your space, balance amount will be paid on day of tour. If you wish to pay the full amount in advance, a surcharge of 4% will be charged to the total cost. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and echecks. Payment will be listed as "Jaital Tours" or "www.jaital.com" on the credit card statement. You will be charged in United States Dollar (USD) at the applicable conversion rate.

Refund Policy
A full refund will be given for tours that are cancelled 10 or more days prior to scheduled date, unless otherwise specified. If a tour is canceled due to weather or the ship's inability to get into port, it is your responsibility to contact us for a refund. If you decide, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of your scheduled tour or transfer, Jaital.com will not be required to make any refunds. Refunds are made to the booking party only. If payment was made by and through a travel agency, the refund will be made to that entity. Jaital.com reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours, transfers, attractions and activities at any time in the event of insufficient sales, hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Transfers are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you decide to cancel a scheduled transfer, a credit will be held for upto 1 year from the date the original booking was made.

Confirmation/Voucher issue
After payment, Jaital.com will send a confirmation/voucher by e-mail; this voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the service provider. You must have your voucher, or you will be charged again with no refund. All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking. Jaital.com cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive or read carefully your confirmation/voucher. We recommend checking your junk mail box as your email provider may recognize us as spam. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify Jaital.com.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The liability of Jaital.com and its affiliate web sites (ochoriostour.com, jamaica-tour.com) is limited. Jaital.com acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Jaital.com control. Jaital.com can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Jaital.com and his suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour member’s enjoyment and advantage. Jaital.com and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements. Jaital.com reserves the right to refuse booking to anyone at its sole discretion.

Any booking made with Jaital.com will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Jaital.com.
