Your journey begins with a leisurely ride along Jamaica's scenic and picturesque North Coast. First stop is Discovery Bay, the site where Christopher Columbus first landing. Next stop is the world famous Dunn's River Falls; a cascading waterfall which flows into the Caribbean sea. Climb the 600' waterfall and bask in its refreshing natural pools or sunbath on the nearby beach.

This was such a wonderful experience. Our driver picked us up promptly at the port and took us to dunns river falls. The water was a bit cold but after few dips we forgot how cold it was and had a blast sliding and tricks. Our guide was cool and made sure we stay ahead of the large groups and took many photos of us. I must say this tour is worth the price we paid for a private trip with just my wife and i, definitely recommend! more...

Our ship docked in Montego Bay and we booked a trip to Dunns River Falls online with Jaital. Once we got off the ship we found our driver quickly. The driver took us a little over 1 hour all this time our driver a lover of his island shared many interesting and historical things with us. Once we got to the falls, it was an organized tour and our driver got our prepaid tickets quickly while we watched the others waited in the long line. At this point, we knew we had made the right choice. There was a huge crowd and very long lines! The climb start at the bottom on the beach. Our guide was so nice and helpful. Always showing us where to step safely. Our driver was waiting where he said he would be and we stopped to get some Jerk Chicken lunch at Scotchies on our way back to our ship. Booked the trip to Dunn's River Falls and we a fun experience. Be prepared for quite a drive from Montego Bay and bring snacks from your hotel. The driver was nice and shared with us stories about the island. We would definitely recommend visiting Dunns River Falls...its worth it!

Our trip to the Dunn’s River Falls on 2-21-2020 was fabulous! Andre was our driver and we LOVED him. He picked us up right on time and we all laughed together the entire day. He answered all of our crazy questions and gave us information about the area, the culture, the food, and even the language. We felt so safe with him and he graciously made a couple of extra stops per our request. Our experience with Jaital and with Andre was the highlight of our week long visit to Jamaica. We highly recommend Jaital and Andre - and the Dunn’s River Falls experience - to anyone coming to the Montego Bay Area. We will definitely use them again when we come back....and we WILL come back! We had a great experience at Dunn’s River Falls. Our driver/guide, Junior, was very helpful and informative. Our party consisted of my wife and I, our three daughters, and a fourth teenage girl. We are fairly inexperienced international travelers and Junior was extremely helpful in ensuring we were safe and that we avoided being taken advantage of. The Jaital website was easy to navigate and Junior arrived at our hotel on time in a very nice, clean van. During the drive, Junior kept us entertained by showing us points of interest and telling us about day to day life in Jamaica. When we arrived at the falls, Junior took care of our tickets and gave us a few tips to make our experience more enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Jaital to anyone. more...

We had a great experience. Our driver was great! He gave lots of local information/facts on our drive. Columbus Park was originally a part of the tour, but we did not want to stop which he accommodated. There was a little hang-up for him with getting our tickets, but it all worked out. Our recent stay at MoBay was great and it was made possible by our wonderful driver - Noah, I hope I got his name correctly and Jodi, our guide. What a team, they are knowledgeable and witty. We had them for 3 days which made the entire stay even better because we get to know each other better. They picked us, all 26 of us from the cruise pier for the Rum Distillery tour which we learned and enjoyed a great deal. They took us back to the house which we booked but no one was there to let us in. It was 2:30pm in the afternoon and it was hot even with the ocean breeze. Jodi got on her cell to call the owner for us. it took several phone calls and we finally got someone to come over to let us in around 3pm. Noah and Jodi said to us in no uncertain term that they would never just drop us off and leave without knowing that we were able to check in. How wonderful can they be, this must be the Jamaican hospitality to the extreme. The came early to pick us up and put up with all the craps we gave them two as a large group and they kept on smiling and accommodate us. We stopped at a restaurant fro lunch after we did Dunes River. The restaurant was overwhelmed by several tour bus and we waited for over an hour. Jodi literally went to the kitchen to get our food for us. We definitely will come to you when we come again to Jamaica. Ye Man, no problem. more...

We book a private guide for a tour that took us to Dunns River Falls and Columbus Park. The website was very easy to navigate and gave us a feel of confidence that the company was a professional, trustworthy organization. When we arrived at the port we exited through the terminal and found Janital’s representative. Very courteous, well dressed, and professional. He called our personal guide, Noel and within just a few minutes our car was on site. Our guide Noel represented the company and Jamaica well. Noel was very well dressed and handled himself very professionally. Noel was very insightful about Jamaica and the culture. Noel took care of us and ensured we were OK and going in the right places with no issues. We also ask to go a few places we had heard of and he was accommodating to our wishes. Noel also ensured we arrived back at the terminal in time to get back on the cruise ship in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend Janital for a private, guided service. I would also recommend going to Dunns River Falls. The guides at the falls are outstanding and make the event loads of fun! more...
