The day went very well, we were picked up on time and board the boat in negril. The drinks are strong, really good and the staff are nice. Great amount of time at Ricks cafe and the party vibe on the boat was definitely fun.

It was wonderful is spite of the rain! We had to reschedule for two days later due to storms. It rained hard even on the second day. We had a seven month old baby and they accommodated us SO well! The director made sure the baby had a good place to be held. She took us first to ensure he had a seat. As we transferred from the boat to the deck, she endured each persons safety. She was wonderful!!! Our bus driver was amazing! The trip was long but he was such a careful driver and so very kind. He shared with us things about your country. He waited for us at Ricks Cafe rather than having to take the boat back after the water got rough. (Because of the baby) We delayed his return back because the girls wanted to jump from the cliff. He was SO kind. The entire day was wonderful!!!!! Thank you so much! Your catamaran tour was specifically recommended to us. We are so glad we chose it! I will close by sharing our personal story. My best friend is critically ill. She’s 39 years old. We came to Jamaica to share special moments with her children. They were able to go snorkeling together on the reef!! I took many pictures of the experience. It was a priceless gift! I stayed on the boat with the baby to allow them to enjoy such a special time together. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the entire experience a 100. :) Thank you for the gift of such a special day!! Ricks cafe was truly amazing! The cliff diving experience, the music, the views, the food, it was awesome! Thank you so much for ensuring that it was a wonderful day. Even in the pouring rain....it was great! We stayed at Ricks cafe after dinner, but we watched the others slide off the boat and into the water! What fun to watch them all slide into the ocean from the boat over and over! We watched the sunset from Ricks cafe and were driven back which was a perfect solution for us with the baby and my critically ill friend. It was a gift! I had a wonderful time - our whole group did. Thank you. No complaints....well, the rum punch was tasty but def could have used a little more alcohol. We realized we had to ask for more at the end of the journey. But I enjoyed snorkeling and going to Ricks so much. As long as the reggae and soca was playing, we were happy!

We set up our private catamaran tour for a group of 20 before we left the US. The pricing and activities were exactly as we asked for and they were even flexible if we wanted to change. The catamaran and staff were EXCELLENT especially the bartender Wayne and the photographer (whose name I forget - sorry). The photographer took many photos and all were excellent!! Booked private catamaran cruise to Rick\'s Cafe and had a WONDERFUL time with my daughters. It was there first time to Jamaica and the cruise to Rick\'s Cafe did not disappoint. It was extra special due to the fact there was a small number of us on the catamaran..made experience more intimate and personal with other tourist and the crew. Crew was great when I experienced this in 2014 and was great in 2015. Captain Joe is great, and so was Omar, Omar, Rico, Daniel, Oniesha. .they made our experience wonderful and beyond memorable. Drinks, music, and dancing. Snorkeling saw sssoooooo many fish: Thanks Joe. Our driver from Montego Bay to Negril was Devell and he was fabulous. He got us there on time and even called ahead when a delay arose due to weather to make sure that the boat would not leave us and that was beyond thoughtful and much appreciated. he sunset cruise was as great as when I did it in 2014. The crew of the catamaran are fabulous: captain Joe gave me a personal tour/escort (I\'m not a great swimmer) of the reef and the wonder of all the fish was excellent. My daughters enjoyed the personal tour/escort as well. Our driver was awesome as well. He was very courteous and informative. He pointed out the nightlife and local towns during the ride. We hit a patch of bad weather and he spoke with the coordinator at margaritaville to ensure the boat would not leave us..he surely heard the panic in my one daughter\'s voice and that was very reassuring and much appreciated. I will definitely use jaital next time I\'m in Jamaica or any other country you\'re located in. Thanks again. more...

Good service, lots of fun, beautiful weather. Met some new friends. The price included Tansportation, a 3 hour boat ride. The captain is very informative and the crew was a lot of fun during our trip and they work very hard. The sunset at Ricks cafe was absolutely stunning I would highly recommend this excursion
