Jaital was great from start to finish. Fishing is deep in our blood and even though we were only spending a couple nights in town this was on top of our list of activity to do. Driver was prompt in picking us up and a really cool guy. Everyone agreed we made the right choice once we go on the boat. Captain and mate were easy to get along with and they made the tour interesting. Thanks to them we had a successful catch within the first hour. Robert and Captain Colin did a great job! We hooked up on a blue marlin about an hour into our trip. Robert guided us through the entire process and an hour later we were taking pictures with our marlin! These gentlemen work hard for their money and are world class fishermen! Highly recommend this trip for moderately experienced anglers and up!

Our deep sea fishing guides were wonderful. Although it was a gorgeous Jamaican day, the fish weren't biting. We booked a four hour excursion from 7:30am til 11:30am, and they kept us out on the water for an extra hour and a half trying to get a catch. We eventually caught two barracuda. Unfortunately, barracuda aren't ideal for eating~so they even gave us a fresh fish and prepped it for us on the dock to take back to our resort's chef. We couldn't have asked for better guides. Now, if the mackerel were only as accommodating.... Great experience. We'd definitely do it again! more...

We had an AWESOME day! The driver was great. He joked and had fun with our group, who likes to have a good time. He was knowledgeable about the provinces and answered all our questions- even the ridiculous ones! The day before our trip we asked to add two more and everyone was SUPER accommodating. Adding two more was easy and we never felt like we were putting anyone out. They made it so easy. The boat and crew were AMAZING! We were so excited when we hooked a Blue Marlin. What an incredible trip!!! First we were picked up on time by a very friendly driver Next the 3 of us were allocated a beautiful boat. The main stroke of luck was getting such a great crew. We were there to fish, so the crew made sure we could handle the gear and then we were off. Our first strike was only 15 minutes from Port. A blue Marlin. Unfortunately it never hooked but certainly got the blood boiling. After a call from the Boss "Smiley", we headed to where the tuna were. Between the 3 of us we pulled in 4 skip jack tuna. Half an hour later, it happened!!! A triple strike of yellowfin tuna!!! We each pulled in a huge tuna. On landing, as I have family here in Jamaica, a tuna was cut up for us, so we had plenty of fish to eat for the next month. A big "Thank you" to all involved. more...

We had an incredible experience. We truly loved it. Although we didn't get a trophy marlin that we had hoped for,we did catch a cool fish. It tasted great. We know that is what fishing is all about. Some times you catch them ,other times you don't. My only thing that bothered us was it what set up for morning and when we got there we were told that they were over booked. But they did say we could come back in the afternoon,which we did. It worked out better this way for us because we had nothing else planned on that day. If we did we would have had to cancel it all together. It worked out for us thankfully. The Captain and crew were great guys,and seemed to know what they were doing. No complaints there. Overall it was a great experience,and one we will always remember. We would love to try it again next time we go to Jamaica. more...

We had a great time at sea. The weather was bad, and we were not able to set out until late morning. Because the sea was rough, we were given a larger boat without extra charge, which was much appreciated. In fact the rough sea wasn’t the main problem – this was seaweed, lots and lots of weed! I’m an experienced fisherman and I was very impressed at the way the boat was handled in the rough water, and at the dedication of the crew. They had constantly to bring in lines to clear weed from the bait; this was hard work in the cold weather and violently rocking boat, but they did it time and time again without complaint. We saw a pod of dolphin, but sadly caught no fish. Despite the weather we really enjoyed our 4 hours – it’s not often that you get to be out in really rough weather. We took the deep sea fishing charter on May, 9th, 2016. The driver was great, prompt and very friendly. The boat was nice and well equipped. I have taken many fishing tours. The captain, and the 1st mate were wonderful. Randy took the time to explain everything about the bait, pools, fishing techniques ETC. The captain was great to talk to. We shared a great conversation about Jamaica and its strengths and problems. We all really enjoyed sitting around and talking with him after the trip. On top of all that, even though the day was rainy and the water was rough, we caught fish! I would recommend this trip to anyone that wants to catch fish and get a true Jamaican experience. more...

We went fishing, the water was pretty rough that day but we still caught a Mahi-Mahi. The unique touch of eating it fresh right after catching it and getting the recipe as well was a big plus. We had a good time. Also, the rates were a bit less than the other fishing groups but the business was all family owned and operated and it was very pleasant working and socializing with that family. more...

What can I say, I caught an 85 pound Blue Marlin, several beautiful Mahis, and we took some filets back and got to eat them. Talk about fresh fish! We had the best time of our lives in Ocho Rios, Jamaica! The driver that took us to to marina was on time, so nice, so cool and just awesome. My husband and a close friend went on the deep sea fishing. They both had a great time and the captain even gave them extra time because they didn\'t catch anything for the first 3 hours. The captain took them to a different spot and they caught 4 Mahi Mahi, 2 large and 2 smaller. Both we very pleased with the experience and the Jaital driver Orlando took great care of them.
